About Sunshine Fun Pools
Sunshine Fun Pools was founded by Matt Ratliff in May, 2005 with the intent of building just five to ten high-end pools a year for residential Bryan-College Station clients. We set out to use the highest quality products, the best-known craftsmanship in the industry and unmatched service to become the ultimate value for area families.
Five years later, Sunshine Fun Pools is now the leading pool builder in the Brazos Valley, building more than 50 pools each year while maintaining a 98 percent customer satisfaction rating. Our focus from beginning to end is the customer experience, with the objective of building creative, fun and highly functional swimming pools and spas.
Most of our customers come from referrals; we believe that's a testament to the time and consideration we give to customer service and care. We realize that customers often purchase a pool for their kids or their grandkids, so we build all pool types from functional, competitive-type swimming pools to relaxing play pools with in-pool basketball and volleyball courts. Sunshine Fun's unique in ground spas also bring an extra element of relaxation to our pools. These therapeutic, supercharged spas with hand-held massage jets are built unlike any other.

The Sunshine Fun Pools Team
Sunshine Fun Pools is led by qualified pool and spa professionals who are certified by the most prestigious organizations in the industry. Owner and founder Matt Ratliff has over 11 years' experience in the industry and holds a Certified Pool Operator® (CPO) license from the National Swimming Pool Foundation and is a Certified Building Professional® (CBP) with the international Association of Pool & Spa Professionals. Marcus Gentry serves as the general manager and vice president of design, and came to Sunshine Fun Pools from a Austin area company with nine years' experience. Senior design consultant and service manager, Mike Paschall, is a 12-year industry veteran and is a Certified Service Professional® (CSP) with the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals.
